Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling products and meeting needs.
Duties:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, email and call on existing or potential customers.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Assist the sales manager to resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and daily office works.
Skills/Qualifications:
A Bachelor's in a business- related or English-related field is preferred.
Diligent, enterprising, has the basic ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Successful candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
